STAY FAR AWAY!
Stay away from them !!!!! I signed up with them in 2019 for a fibre line and all was well . Fast forward to now , I work from home and the fibre line keeps on disconnecting. I probably spent around R500 just trying to get a hold of someone at the call centre. Eventually when I did get a hold of someone they refuse to listen to my needs as a client and when I ask to talk to a manager I just get transferred to another dumb idiot who doesn’t know what they are doing. The service is nonexistent in this company. They make promises they can’t keep and are full of Lies. Learn from me , rather pay that R150 extra with another service provider and have peace of mind that you aren’t going to be dealing with a bunch of idiots when you need support on your internet line. Oh and before I forget , they also increase your premiums on a yearly basis, which is something not communicated when they are signing you up!

We have received the request to cancel the services and the cancellation request has been actioned accordingly.
We have no record of fault logged with our technical support team prior to 16 May 2022We have capable technical engineers available 24/7 awaiting to assist customers to come to a speedy resolution within a very limited time frame.
As per subscriber agreement that was sent , The Terms and Conditions Clause 8.2 refers to the pricing change.
