Stay away if you like customer service!
Conclusion. Horrible communication, lack of information and false adverti*****t.
I ordered a fibre-to-the-home package via Vox's website. Note that you can only order fibre if the system 'approves' your address. The system did inform me that my address was fibre ready. I went ahead and ordered the package.
The process started with myself having to contact Vox support to find out why my RICA keeps failing - for no apparent reason. This was later resolved. Note that I had to call them.
Not knowing what was happening, I continued to follow up. Agents informed me that the order was being processed.
Eventually, I received an email stating that the order was successful and that I should expect a call from Vuma.
More days went by without any communication. I contacted them once more for an update. Vox took another couple of days to respond.
The call I received was to inform me that my address IS NOT fibre ready. TWO WEEKS later! Two weeks later they informed me that my address is not fibre ready even though their system said it was.
Checking again, it still says that fibre is available at my address - image attached.
Pathetic.
