Stay away from Vox. They are ****** hiding behind whatsapp

I am irritated and frustrated by the service I receive from Vox. My Fibre has been down for the past two days. I informed Vox and I was advised that the ticket is referred to Vumatel.

I followed up and I was advised that Vumatel says the issue is resolved yet my connection is still down. The agent told me that the issue will be referred to Vumatel again.

I work from home and I use wifi to work. I have not been productive as a result of loss of connection. This is frustrating and it seems like Vox is not bothered.

If you want peace, stay away from Vox. They are ******. I have been paying premiums every month without fail but now that I need help, I have to keep following up. Clearly they do not know what customers service is.

I demand to have the issue resolved very soon. The ticket is VOX***2
