Stay Away from VOX TELECOMMUNICATIONS

If I could give no stars I would. Looking for service provider. Stay away from Vox. I signed up with them waited 2 weeks before any communication. Didn’t have internet. I cancelled with them and went to a new service provider. They however didn’t cancel then activated my line days after. I reached out they said they’ll early release as I’ve cancelled before receiving the router. The line is currently still active and my new service provider is still waiting. Been more than a month.exceeding 40 days now. Guess what? They debit order my account (1 August) even though I cancelled before activation and receiving any router. Furthermore, waited for communication demanding the refund back. They called me today (9 August) that my refund request was denied because my line was activated before cancelling! I have WhatsApp proof with the account manager disputing that- noting they didn’t action my cancellation until only after activation. Also email communication with the project manager noting my line will be early released (it wasn’t) because I cancelled before activation. So please stay away from Vox. Unprofessional, *********** and utterly slow to provide feedback or service.
