Stay away from Vox Telecom

Vox Telecom is so easy to take your money but so bad at delivering services. The WiFi signal is good but once you request something to be done on your account, ask assistance in regards to your account or experience a problem like power surge and trying to get an agent to assist, you are on your own. I have never experience this type of bad service before. I am truly unhappy and am thinking of taking them to the ombudsman. The people I referred to them are also very very unhappy. I would not refer them to anyone else.
