Stay away from Vox

Vox has terrible client service. I've been with them for a month now and my wifi is still not working efficiently. I've had more then 30 tickets to try to solve the problem but still nothing. They close the ticket after 24h and say according to them it's been resolved,but my wifi is still not working. They always have a story but no answers. They can even find the time to attend an appointment thats been arranged. Take my advice stay far away from vox.They are very eager to give you a contract but after that nobody helps you. Such a waste of a company
