Stay Away FROM VOX BY ALL MEANS
The company is a pain in the butt. You miss one payment of R299 and they send you threatening messages that mention legal action for a ****** R299.00 yet when they are offline we sit and wait for them to reinstate the service we pay for. I am busy searching for another service provider this company can go to the dogs.

Kindly note that the details of your query has been sent to the debtors team to assist,
The account is suspended because of returned debit order for February 2024.
In the event of an outstanding account, Vox does notify the customer in advance of the default in payment, notice of intention to suspend the account and confirmation of suspension of said account should the account not have been settled.
If an account remains in default, Vox has no alternative but to cancel the agreement with the customer.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the billing, arrears and suspension process is included in the Subscriber agreement sent with the Quotation for the services.
We will provide feedback to you soonest.
