STAY AWAY FROM VOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD SERVICE

Hi Guys. Please DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT USE VOX. 1. Took them 2 months to find the difference between 1 and 1/A. And this even after I sent them proof of address just to have my fibre line installed. 2. Suddenly I cant use my one program due to them blocking it and its for generating electricity tokens. So now I`m looseinng money due to loss of income and now have to get another service provider just for this althou I have fibre. 3. My 1Gig/200Mbit line is running at a 1Gig/34Mbit . Tested for a game against another fibre providers 50Mbit/50Mbit line and they got 110ping while my 1Gig line got 187ping. So for gamers stay away from Vox. 4. There Expert technical support team took 2 days to try and sort out a port that is getting blocked by there firewall and as they can`t get it fixed now they just tell me rubish ( And VOX for your info as you guys are to stupid to know. I`m a IT Developer doing system integration with banks and other external sources and payment systems.) So believe me when I tell you your "Experts" are rubish and are lying to there customers.
