Stay away from vox and save yourself some grief Part 2

Has been week that I have been waiting on Vox to credit my account with amount I has overcharge with for 3 months and 6 days and still no word oor feed back after the consultant promised me it will be done qithin 24 hours after the problem has been rectified.... Still waiting. Bunch of over promising under delvering money grabing ***s, quick to take your money, slow to give it back.
