STAY AWAY FROM VOX

Worst service from an ISP provider, would not recommend to anyone. Wifi has been dropping on a weekly basis for the past month and through many efforts have tried to get Vox to sort their line issues out to no avail. Internet has now been down for 4 days and still have had no one attend to technical issues despite being contacted by several supervisors. I have to constantly chase Vox and when I do i get no constructive feedback. DO NOT USE VOX!!!!!!!
