Stay away from Vox

I have placed my order on the 2nd of April 2019 and had my vumatel line installed before i even ordered vox to speed up the process. I am at the 23rd of April still waiting for a installation date for the router. Every time i ask the sales rep (Uthmaan) when they will install i just get unclear answers or no answers at all. I am so disgusted and disappointed in the non service that i would just like to cancel the whole process and go with a company who actually can deliver. Pathetic pathetic pathetic.
