Stay away from Vox

If I could, I would give them ZERO stars. Stay away from this business. They are useless. I unfortunatey use them for my voip phone connection. When I first started to use them the voip connections were average but at least they worked most of the time. Now they are poor to non existent. Since November 2022, I have been unable to receive international calls from ANYWHERE. Having approached Vox several times, the upshot is that it is all the other international networks around the world that are responsible for these calls not getting through to my phone. Of course it is not Vox's fault. Vox have just closed my case with the comment " bring us proof that we are stopping the calls from the various international networks ". How ridiculous, put the onus on the consumer that is PAYING for a service that is not being recieved. Thanks Vox, I am actively looking to move to a business that actually works, you certainly dont.
