STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

If I could give a zero star I would! The worst service ever, I just want to warn everyone to rather find another service provider.

They are constantly off line with stupid excuses. When we started with them less than a year ago we paid R554 per month on a year contract. After 6 months their fees went up to R619 with the excuse that it's Frogfoot's fees that went up. My brother signed up with them now and he still pays the R554, when I phoned them to enquire about this I got the excuse that we signed up early enough for the price increase and that my brother is lucky to pay the R554 amount. What they say just doesn't make sense.

We still have to pay this amount every month regardless of how many hours we were offline.
