STAY AWAY
I would give zero stars if I had the option. Worst service provider ever. My wifi was off for almost two weeks and clearly nothing was escalated. Only to bill me for the full month and say they will not adjust their invoice, as they have a clause stating that there are no adjustments, they provide technicians to sort it out within a reasonable period. Not true at all. If a reasonable period is almost 2 weeks, then you need to work on your service. Still waiting for feedback from their billing department as well. Just ignored my tickets logged. If I do not pay the full invoice every month, they are quick to suspend the account, even though they were not entitled to half of that month's payment.
Stay away! As soon as my contract ends with them, I am going to a different provider.

Thank you for your patience while this matter was being investigated.
Fibre and Telecommunications Products are best effort Broadband Services, which does not provide full reliability on all additional services.
There is no Service Level Agreement between Vox and the customer with regards to resolution timeframes of downtime and provision of strength on different PlayStation/Gaming/Internet TV connections or any other services making use of the Broadband Services.
There is also no agreement which guarantees 100% uptime or a credit for downtime, should there be any.
Kind Regards,
Vox
