What a terrible company to deal with. From day one I had endless issues. Then after 18 months into a 24 month contract suddenly my internet stops working, after endless calls and frustration eventually I am informed that the tower that I was connecting to for wireless internet access had been moved and they could no longer provide me with that service. Bearing in mind that I had to pay a R999 installation fee, I promptly told them to collect their equipment and that they should refund me my installation fee since they are in breach of contract. Naturally they did not refund and in fact tried to bill me two months in a row after that which I had to reverse at my bank. I refused to give them back their router until I was refunded my installation fee, now they have handed me over to a debt collection agency.
