I had a very similar experience to this complaint, seems to be a trend:

After they messed up my move from 2mb to 8 mb line they send me a credit note the morning and cut me off an hour later. When I got my suspension message I called them and the assured me they will fix it.
Everyone keep blaming the systems. If the system is the problem, fix it.
