Speechless

They commented on my Review 30th Jan - saying its escalated and will be investigated....... haven't heard one word from them since. Not an email directly to me, not a phone call, nothing and I am still waiting for the refund.....3 months later now. If you have signed up with them - make sure sure you receive confirmation of cancellation and remove debit order immediately because with me my cancellation was not lodged when i requested it and they debited my account and now its 3 months later still no refund after talking to many consultants raising tickets they never come back to you.
