Vox has been down for nearly 3 months and I have to keep paying for a service I am not paying, they keep blaming Frogfoot for their technical issues The lady had the nerve to tell me it is down because I am not paying, I stopped paying for one month and this month statement is very high while the internet is still down for 3 weeks now I still need to pay for a full amount
