Something went wrong with the router on Tuesday, I reported the prob on Wednesday. They keep on saying they are escalating the reported. Today on a Friday after they said someone will call me next week and I refused. They decided to play a game promising me that a technician will be there today. Now the technicians are off duty and I still have no wifi. I give up.
