So frustrated!

<p>I am extremely frustrated with the services received by Vox Telecom. Upon installation of the modem in my apartment, I was asked where I wanted the router installed and was advised by them that it should be near my front door seeing as it was closer to the box outside my flat. I specifically asked them if the signal would be strong in the main bedroom if it was there and asked for reassurance which they gave me. At the end of installation they told me that they had a lot of wire leftover seeing as they are unable to cut it which made me realize they could have in fact placed the modem in my bedroom but were too lazy to do the work. Now I am having issues with the WiFi signal in any part of my apartment that is not right near the modem and after having a signal test , I have been informed that they need to install something else to strengthen the signal, but at my own cost. This is completely unacceptable! I sent an email regarding this but am still waiting for feedback as I have been waiting even for the signal test to be done. I am sick and tired of all this going back and forth with no positive outcome and do not recommend Vox Telecom at all. I am waiting for a response from the company so that I can cancel my line.</p>
