Sneaky T&C's, "free installation" means you are on a 12-month contract

Again, I've been conned into "free installation" - but no one has told me that by getting free installation you are not signing up month to month but instead to a 12-month contract. Why would I do this when I knew I was only going to be renting for a 6-month period?

So when you e-click accept the service and the T&C's - you can't read them, they aren't in front of you to see clearly, they're very hidden. No one verbally told me this and when you e-click the acceptance, you are agreeing to a whole bunch of things you don't know about...

And this happened to me last year as well when after 3-months of having VOX fiber we sold our home and I was told I'm due 21-months rental... no one told me that either... HENCE my making sure I was on a month to month with the new contract. But I've been had AGAIN by VOX.
