Sneaky Specials - R2000 later & nothing to show

On the 18th of December Vox had a \Frenzy Friday"special for 1GB of data at 99c and therefore 1TB cost R999. Thinking that this was a good once of data purchase deal both my father and myself bought the special. The R999 came off both our accounts on the 19th-20th. On the 31st of December we were billed again R999 (myself) and R1200 (my father).<br> When we called to query what had happened we were told that we had signed up for a 1TB bundle at R999 PER MONTH. I am not sure about you but I cannot use 1TB of data every month nor afford the R999 every month. <br> Once we had established what the problem was we tried firstly to get the second debit order reversed"
