Slowest service ever , one month later and I'm still not setup

The service here is non existent , I have been struggling for a whole month to set up my office phones. How can a company sell services to people if they respond to one email a day. I really cant explain how frustrating it is to work with vox and their staff. Dont waste your time if you need pbax systems rather get a professional company that knows what they doing and understands business needs and urgency
