Slow internet, Non existant support and poor service delivery
This is my 3rd day with Vox and my 3rd day of reaching out to them. Not gettting any response from them what so ever. Wish I never joined Vox. Tried to cancel the service, but now they want me to pay a penalty for a service they are not fully supplying, non existant support and a LACK of communication.
