Sloooow activation
Ordered a vodacom fibre package through Vox. Vodacom installed the line within 2 days, was told account will be activated and PPPoE credendentials provided within 2-48 hours. After almost a week it is forever “being escalated” but no action taken. Unfortunately the R1700 installation clawback keeps you from going to another supplier but at the same time they do not deliver
