Slap in the face for loyal customers
Have been a loyal Vox Telecom supporter for some time now. Currently on a 50/50Mbps package at R699 per month. As a matter of interest, I followed their Black Friday campaign on Facebook by entering my address - confirmed that FTH (50/50Mbps) is available at R499 per month for the first 12 months - normal price R579 which is still R120 p/m less than I am paying now and have been paying for some time. This feels like a slap in the face!

We have received feedback from our Sales Department that contact has been made with you to discuss the details of your complaint.
Kindly note that the Vumatel Black Friday Deals had the following qualifying criteria:
- The offer was for new customers only. If the customer is setting up Vuma services at their location for the very first time, the customer is eligible. This means there shouldn't be any existing Vuma infrastructure in place; and
- If there previously was Vuma Infrastructure, but currently has no active services, the customer can also benefit from the offers.
As advertised under the Promotion Rules:
- Unfortunately switching Internet Service Providers and existing customers are not included in the Vuma Black Friday deals.
