Stay away from this ISP and frogfoot for that matter. The amount of tickets being created to solve our problem and being redirected back and forth between vox and frogfoot is astounding.

And dont try calling, theyll keep you on the line for 20 mins just to drop the call. No one can actually give you feedback on anything. For that a ticket has to be logged.

If we could cancel the service we would. But that would probably result in a ticket being logged and not resolved.
