Since yesterday we have been without internet connection and I have emailed and sent many messages but they just dismiss me with a computer generated response
Since yesterday we have been without internet connection and I have emailed and sent many messages but they just dismiss me with a computer generated response. I'm quite dissatisfied having to pay for a product I cant use. There's no estimated time of resolution and this is even more fustrating

10 Nov 2023, 13:19This morning I got a call that they'd be sending someone over to my place to assist and so I cancelled my plans and have been waiting since. I finally decided to call & ask when they'd be coming over but to my surprise I'm being told no one is coming.. so I wasted my whole day waiting on Vox only to be told no one is coming!!! I'm not happy at all. My internet is still off by the way...
