Simplify Application Process to your services

As a foreign passport holder one has to jump through normal hurdles such as certifying of ID documents at the police station and I was denied an application by VOX because of the police officers “Doctors Handwriting” was illegible. So I couldn’t be bothered to go back to the Police for certification again so I switched to Metro Fibre whom so far have not asked me to certify any ID documents which is more often than not an inconvenience. Metro calls back this Monday asking me to recertify and you guessed it I told them I’ve signed up with Metro. I wish they could simplify the process for passport holders
