Signed for R589, bill came for R665/month
Signed up in May for 10/10Meg at R589, first bill recieved was in June which included an never before mentioned annual increase of apprx 13%. New bill R665. Disgusted at the bully approach to a new client was sold a lie. Requested they not increase - they declined the request.

09 Jun 2020, 14:06You would think they would adhere to their own contract as below. So someone that signs in June 2020 should only expect an increase between Jan-April 2021.
9.5. Changes to Charges
9.5.1. Vox shall be entitled to increase any of the amounts reflected in the
Subscriber agreement, which increase will be relative to the
Consumer Price Index. Increases linked to the Consumer Price
Index usually are done once per year between January and April.
