SHORT CHANGED ON 50/50MBPS - UNCAPPED

This must be one of the worst experiences with Vox Telecom after numerous complaints about the poor streaming with a 50/50Mb line and been told by their technicians that when testing the line speed we have a 46 line capacity. They sell you the 50MB line and falsely advertise that you have can stream from local to international such as Netflix without streaming problems. When checking the line when streaming the line speed is less than 11MB and Netflix requires a minimum of 12 Mb. The technicians never admit to this as they test from their server to another local server for the line speed. In short we are been short delivered what we are paying for! After numerous complaints with Vox Technical department they conveniently close their ticket numbers with nothing been resolved!
