SHOCKING SERVICE VOX!!

I have sent 3 emails to VOX because my wifi is down. There is NO URGENCY from their side to get back to me, or fix it... 5 hours now??? Not even an acknowledgement??? I will be leaving VOX ASAP .. this is the 5th problem I have had with them in 6 months!!!
