Shocking service provider

It is shocking to think vox telecom accounts manager doesnt return calls or any email, still waiting for fibre when I signed up in February already and we are live in our area. we are still for vox telecom to contact frogfoot to give them the go ahead I'm Fed up on waiting for something that I signed up for i really hope this goes to the CEO of vox telecom for shocking service
