Shocking service, over a month plus and still dont have access to fibre.

<p>I wanted to install fibre in my two flats and reached out to Vox Telecoms which was over a month ago. Was assisted by a salesman named Ryan Carmichael who seemed to promise that they would provide amazing service. He assured me that they would provide great service and it with be a smooth transition from my DSL ISP to Vox. I cancelled my DSL line as all the installations were supposedly done on Vox's sideand they just needed to send a technician from VOX to install a router. They wasted half of my day doing the one attempted installation this Freedom Day and couldnt complete it, when they were supposed to come to my other flat and complete the installation there and they got it all mixed. I called in and spoke to two consultants and they were very sorry about the inconvenience and delays and would escalate the query and sort it which was today. I have called them multiple times and they still havent arranged a day to come complete the final installation. They even didnt have all my details in the system. This has been a nightmare trying to take on the VOX fibre service and I have been out of internet now for over a week at both my properties which has inconvenienced my tenants and I. Vox doesnt seem to know what they are doing and I am appauled by their service and going to have to cancel before the service ever even started because they are too dysfunctional to even get the fibre working. I strongly wouldnt recommend using Vox as your fibre provider! Can someone please contact me with an alternative fibre provider that I can use for the Illovo?</p>
