SHOCKING SERVICE FROM VOX SALES AGENT TEAM

Account Number: 754808 I have been with Vox Telecom for many many years! The last few months have been quite challenging and I admittedly missed the odd payment but caught them up! During the month of November 2020 - I was in arrears by 2 payments when upon I was told that if I did not pay my services would be cancelled! I immediatly made payment to settle the arrears ! However, Vox still took the liberty to cancel my services! Accounts have acknowledged that my account is up to date! Vox issued a "ticket" - VOX ***4 - " A sales agent will contact you regarding your account - this was on the 25 November 2020! There has been no person contacting me - despite several follow up e-mails from myself! The last e-mail I threatened them with hellopeter - STILL NOTHING!
