Shocking Service from Vox

In August 2019 I app**** for the Vox 10/2MB Fibre offer which included free installation @ R599pm. I explained that my home was up for sale & that I didn't know when it would be sold. I was told that I could ask the buyer of the house if they wanted to continue with my Vox contract & that when I moved I would have to pay the installation charge of R1725. Now, 16 October I informed Vox via email that I would probably occupy my new premises by end October and that I want my internet service to be transferred. To my amazement, Vox inform me that the service cannot be transferred and that I would have to cancel my contract, in the event that the buyer of the house was not interested in Vox, and that the cancellation charge would be R2733 plus one month notice. And,I would have to sign a new 12-month contract with Vox. I would have expected Vox to have highlighted this informationat the time of my applying for their fibre service. Instead, they expect you to read through the reams of T's & C"s. I've glanced through their terms but cannot find the relevant clauses. i have requested for them to highlight clauses for me but instead, they phone me and give me the same information that the service cannot be transferred. SHOCKING SERVICE!!
