shocking service dont sign anything with vox

if you guys wont to get vox stop dont take anything they are sharks i have had there service since 2019 i started with 10mb ling then was going good then speeds dropped then took the 20mb line was running so nice then router packed up was with out service for 3 days then working fine then again got told take the 50mb line as it will run nice 3 months and back to speed drops i tried adding a xbox to my account i make anuf money to cover 5 of these they tell me my income is to low no one called me no email i have never seen in my life such shocking service in my life the owner of vox must have his head up his ass if he lets people run vox to the ground and i cant wait to see this happen as ur service and ur staff need peoples skills really when calling takes 30mins before u get to someone shocking this is not how u run things get ur head out ur ass and make changes
