shocking service

shocking service. all automated and useless, customer service even worse. after almost 18 months we wanted to downgrade out package. always pay on time. got new contract, payed in advance. Vox failed to notice and bombarded us with automated requests for the difference in packages.. then disconnected us.. even then the new contract is in place, fully paid in advance. just shocking.. try to speak to someone in there who actually cares. i guess we have a case for a legal action!
