Shocking Service By VOX Telecom

I am sick an tiered of trying to communicate with this company on the all the channels available to me. I signed up with VOX and was assured a 2 month free subscription as part of a promotion in our area. I accepted the agreement in good faith and planned my finances accordingly. The installation was done on 28 Feb and the nightmare began. I received and invoice IAB***6 on the 4th of March and immediately sent the invoice via WhatApp to the person that signed me up reminding him of the 2 free months and he said he would sort it out.

I again received an statement on 25th of March charging me for 2 month, again I sent the statement to the sales person and reminded him of the 2 month free but got no response from him so I called their accounts department and informed them of my concern and was told by the lady that she will stop the scheduled debit order and correct my account. On the 27th of March the amount of R1,331.37 was taken from my account.

Now I don’t have time to go through horrible service I received and nightmare I had trying to get this resolved on the phone nor the amount of times I was transferred to numbers where the phone just went to voicemail and then cut me off. I don’t have time to express the embarrassment this company subjected me to having to desperately try and get my money back from them. I managed to contact a Sales Manager and one of his ladies contacted me and I was promised a refund because i was not happy with a credit note and that the money would be back in my account by Friday 16 April 2021, . I was happy with the result and looked forward to VOX meeting the commitment to have the money back into my account as promised. I am not completely shocked that VOX once again broke the arrangements that was made with me as it seems that this is how they treat their clients and they have no desire to offer any form of service. I have now informed them to come and remove their garbage from my house and cancel the system with immediate affect. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
