Shocking service! A constant battle.

What shocking service! I would not recommend Vox Telecom as an internet provider to anyone. From Mid March 2019, it has been a constant battle trying to get a cession to take place for the person moving into my previous flat to take over the internet whilst I opened a new account in my new home. You would think they want the business? Sadly, this is not the case!

To date, I am still being billed for the account - even though it was suspended, constant communication took place and just last week, I "officially" cancelled the account as I was still being billed and the contract had come to an end.

I am highly disappointed in the lack of service, professionalism and competency in this internet provider.

I would not recommend it to any of my friends, family or colleagues.
