Shocking service

Been waiting for 5 weeks for them to sort the fire out in my home, they keep escalating the matter to the manger who also seems to do nothing about it. I will say they do try and help until they need to escalate it, then you hear nothing from them, they quick to debt you and when you question them they cant reply.
