SHOCKING SERVICE
No feedback, no calls back and my account is 100% up to date with a query they cannot answer because of their mistake?
No management calls. This is how they treat their customers. I am shocked as i have always had good service from them until I had to move in the middle of the month and the 1 months notice was an issue.
Send emails, ticket numbers given but still no feedback. Its shocking.
