Shocking service

I’ve previously used Vox for its great service. I’ve now wanted to re install and connect to a service provider. I’ve signed the contracts. But 2 months later still no service. DONT use them if you want fast service

We received confirmation that the Network Provider , Vumatel  they 're still unable to reach you on the nominated contact details provided.
Please advise on alternative contact details ,and time suitable to contact you ?
