Shocking Service

Good day, I have been waiting for weeks now for my Refund. I was told on Monday that it would be approved on Tuesday and I would receive it on Thursday (today).

Still nothing has happened, I then went on Live Chat and the person there has told me to email this person and still no reply, you just get pushed to the next person every time.

A few things I want to know is. When will I get my money back? Why has it taken this long? Why wasnt I told to contact this Email Address in the first place?

The refund is over R3000!!!! They are very quick to take you money but to give it back, not so much!

This is really an inconvenience to me and I am not happy. ref VOX***6
