Shocking Service

Shocking service. Vox debit my account twice last month, and to date I still cannot get a refund. They want me to formally ask for a refund, by letter and provide proof of bank account.. They debut the account monthly. It is their total in competence that I'm debited twice, and instead of immediately refunding me for their mistake, I must jump through hoops to get a refund. No more. I'm done with this crowd. Their service is hopeless too. You cannot send emails if you're traveling without opening webmail. Not service friendly
