Shocking service

I have had an email with Vox for a few years now and yesterday out of the blue they suspended service without so much as a phone call. How can a company such as this with technology today do this. I spent all day yesterday trying to get my email sorted but to no avail. Response i get is “it’s a process”. It’s a click of a button for goodness sake. Shocking service
