Shocking Service
I placed my fibre order with Vox on 30/05/2018. By 01/06/2018, everything was done from my side (ie all paperwork etc.) I made it very clear (every step of the way) that I need the fibre to be completely up and running by 15/06/2018, it is crucial as my wife is starting a new job on 18/06/2018, and she needs the internet for that.
Today is 18/06/2018, and I still have no router. Every step of the way, I have had to phone/e-mail to get updates on where what is/what is happening. After bugging the help desk NUMEROUS times last week to get the router so I can try and install it myself over the weekend, they still failed at delivering on their promises.
Both the help desk and account manager are proving to be b*ll****ters. Empty promises deluxe.
I dealt with Vox years ago, and I had nothing but good service, hence my decision. I am SO disappointed that I chose them, if I could change ISP without causing a delay, I would have done so already.
Disgusting service to say the least.

Getting someone to contact me is not the problem, they started doing that after I phoned and complained on your call center line.
The problem is they are not delivering and that is causing issues on my side.
