Shocking ser vice from Vox Telecom

On the 28 March 2024 we reported a fault with our Internet. Not once did we ever received a call from Vox and us having to phone daily and to be told every time that the matter would be escalated. Not once did we ever get any feedback. Eventually on 9 April 2024 we got a call from Vumatel, in the meantime we cancelled our contract with Vox as we run two businesses from home and could not wait any longer. On the 7 April 2025 we received a final demand from a Credit Bureau threatening us with legal action and being black listed if we did not pay an amount of R 1,805.15. It took Vox and Vumatel 12 days before we received any response regarding our internet being out of service. I went to the Vox offices last week and consulted with the manageress of their Customer Services and she was going to investigate the problem with Vumatel. Yesterday I received an email from her informing me that after investigation that Vox was not prepared to help us and that we had to settle the mentioned account. I have never experienced such shocking and appalling service from a service provider like this before. I would like to inform future potential customers to be very wary of Vox before they sign a contract with them.
