Shocking Sales Experience

I have never experienced such shocking customer service.

In March I enquired about Vox Telecom's Gurdian Eye Security system. I was told it takes 7 days between placing an order and installation. I placed my order on the 26th March, paid for the eyetem in full and I am still waiting for Vox Telecom to come and install my system.

Phone calls are not ansered or returned, email are not rep****. I am starting to think I might have been taken for a ride my deposit "******". I have been advised and I am considering to open a case of theft against Vox Telecom if I do not get any feedback these week.

I regret the day I laid my eyes on their advert, thinking they are a reputable company. I should have just gone with a "traditional" Security Company that does installationsof alarm systems and CCVtV's.
