Shocking lack on interest in new business

I order fibre for my home on the 24th March. No-one at Vox bothered to contact me until I had to call them, 3 weeks after the order was placed, to find out what is going on.

Now I've been waiting for another week for anyone from "Tesuco" to contact me for a site visit.

Since my order is with Vox, I will hold Vox responsible for such appalling service.

The following people from "Tesuco" all ignore my emails and frankly should not be employed in any service related industry, if they don't have the common decency to even acknowledge my requests for a follow up: Andre Laas ********** Zaida Shaik ********** Carol Combrinck ********** Candice Davies **********

The following people at Vox have been trying to assist in the last week, but their hands are tied but the absolute incompetency and disinterest from "Tesuco": Lebogang Mokhutsoane' ********** Aidan Coetzee **********

Why is Vox doing business with this company? When will someone/anyone contact me for a site survey? If the process to just get a site survey done, has been so pathetic, what is going to happen when the actual installation needs to be done? What is my actual fibre connection going to be like???
